What is the structure of your coaching program?

I offer a 5 month one-on-one coaching program where we do all of our sessions over the phone. This is 21 weekly sessions and in between our time together you will be given home practices to work with. You have the option of asking me for any support that you need in between our sessions via text or audio message, and I will respond within 48 hours. I also do a text check in with you once a week to see how the practices are going along and to check in on how things are shifting and settling after our phone session. This is also because many clients will not always tell me when they need help or if they are feeling too overwhelmed until our next call. When we are able to make this contact in between I can better support you throughout the program. I am here to hold your hand in self transformation, so whatever comes up, let me know. The reason we do 5 months is because it takes about 3 months to feel a transformation when you are consistent in your work. But it takes another couple months of continued consistency and going even deeper to create sustainable change.

Is there a meet & greet call?

I offer a free 30-minute consultation to see if you are a good fit for my program. Then, if we agree to move forward, we begin the program with a quick 15-20 minute call to get you prepared, this is not included in the 21 sessions. This prep call is to make sure you have all of the resources you need before we begin, payment is squared away, and all your questions are answered. This way, we can progress through the program smoothly.

What does a typical session look like?

The calls last 60 minutes. The way I support you in your transormation is through guided embodiment meditations. But we spend about the first third of the call checking in. The intention of our work together will steer how this call goes. The first few sessions will usually be around what is going on currently in your life. We begin by sorting through the current issues floating around in your mind. Once we get more clarity and your relationship to your body starts to open and flourish, we go deeper.

What is the time commitment for home practices?

This depends on you. We work with your schedule and how we can fit the practices into your life consistently in a way that feels good and has impact. Before becoming a mother I could spend hours on my self care practices every day. But now, I get a few minutes here and there. So my intention with this program is to teach you how to do this and to see how when you prioritize your personal work everything else in your life falls into place and there is less energy required of you in places where you previously put it.

What happens when we finish?

I have an online community that I will invite you to join so that you can have continued support. I also continue to develop online courses for further self development. And if it is within a year of working together, I offer one off sessions to previous clients.

Do you only work with working-moms or do you also coach stay-at-home-moms?

Being a STHM is a full time job, so yes, I work with all mamas. The content I post may not always pertain to a STHM, but the value and transformation you get in working with me is the same. When you choose to work with me as your coach, we are focused on transforming your relationship with yourself so that a specific block in your life can be eliminated and you can live more in alignment with your power and purpose.

How do I know if I am a good fit for your program?

Is there something in your life that is getting in the way of your total fulfillment and happiness? Do you know what it is? Do you feel love, joy and confidence deep within yourself that is unshakable and does not depend on anything or anyone? If you answered yes to any of these questions then let’s get on a call and see if we are a good match.

Do I have to have experience meditating to be successful?

Not necessarily. It definitely helps if you have some experience in any mindfulness practice, even minimal. The bigger question is, can you allow yourself to be guided? Are you prepared to face humility and let go of what you think you know? Are you ready to let go of who you think you are? And are you curious about a better way of existing in this world? If you feel a deep yes within your heart then I would love to chat with you and feel your heart.
